First HobbyExchangeShow at FIU Graham Center Ballroom. Saturday, November 28, 2026. Vendors load in at 9:00 AM for setup. Early bird VIP $10 from 10:00 AM. Free public entry 11:00 AM–5:00 PM. Vendor load-out / pickup 5:00–6:00 PM. Free WiFi. Free food and drink for vendors and the first 400 guests. Cosplay contest — $200 to the winner. ~109 numbered 6′×2′ vendor tables — perimeter walls, center islands, and lobby. Main entrance from the lobby south; loading on the west. Tap the live map to lock your exact table.
Load-in: Vendor load-in & setup from 9:00 AM (west loading). Early Bird VIP opens 10:00 AM. Free public entry 11:00 AM–5:00 PM. Vendor load-out / pickup 5:00–6:00 PM.
Power: Do not assume every table gets a plug. Map outlets on walkthrough; keep extension cords out of aisles.
Entry: Vendors: setup from 9:00 AM. Early bird VIP $10 — early admission from 10:00 AM. Regular entry 11:00 AM–5:00 PM is free. Show ends 5:00 PM; vendor pickup 5:00–6:00 PM. Vendors check in with paid QR pass. Amenities (WiFi, food & drink, cosplay contest) are limited and subject to change — see /legal.

10am–11am entry for HobbyExchangeShow — FIU Graham Center at Graham Center Ballroom · Florida International University. Regular doors 11am–5pm are free. One QR per pass — emailed after payment. Florida sales tax (7%) is added at checkout.
